Richard began serving as the Senior Pastor in July of 2010. He graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Psychology in 2007, then received his Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary in 2010. He is an Ordained Elder with the South Carolina UMC and serves on various Conference Boards and Agencies. When asked about his passions and goals for ministry, the answer is simple:
Bringing people to the intersection of real life and real The greatest disservice the church has done to people is convincing them that faith is about the next life. Nothing could be further from the truth. Real faith affects everything about this life. Hope, healing, peace and guidance. These things come from that intersection.
